Complete guide to transferring to Rongai High School following Ministry of Education guidelines
Important Transfer Requirements
- • Only applications made on the official Ministry of Education form will be considered
- • No school is permitted to admit a student without a transfer letter signed by the appropriate authorizing officer
- • All transfer requests for the upcoming year must be submitted by October 30th of the preceding year
- • No transfers will be conducted in the middle of the year, except under special circumstances

Student provides personal details, KJSEA information, current school, and reasons for transfer
- Name, address, date of birth
- KJSEA Assessment Number and score
- Present school details
- Reasons for transfer request
Part A (continued): Parent/Guardian
Parent/Guardian provides additional information and declarations
- Previous schools attended (last 3 years)
- Reason for leaving current school
- Financial obligations declaration
- ID number, address, telephone, signature
Part B: Receiving Principal (Rongai High School)
Our principal indicates vacancy availability and acceptance decision
- Vacancy confirmation
- Accept/reject decision
- Principal signature and stamp
- School name and date
Part C: Releasing School Principal
Current school principal provides student assessment
- Student performance rating
- Outstanding fees statement
- Conduct and discipline comments
- Release willingness and reasons
Important Transfer Policies
Principal Responsibilities
- • Must provide release letter stating student's conduct
- • Cannot conceal student's conduct (will be held responsible)
- • Can issue transfer letter if vacancy exists
- • Must complete Part C of the transfer form accurately
