Financial Terms and Conditions
Fee Payment
School fees are due as per the published payment schedule. Late payments may incur penalties and may result in suspension of services until payment is made.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by the school administration. Development fees and admission fees are generally non-refundable.
Fee Increases
The school reserves the right to adjust fees annually. Parents will be given at least 30 days written notice of any fee changes.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for optional activities, trips, special programs, or replacement of lost items. These will be communicated in advance.
Academic and Disciplinary Policies
Academic Standards

While we strive to provide the best educational experience, Rongai High School's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the student for the current academic year.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your relationship with the school will be resolved through the following process:

- 2. Formal complaint to the school administration
- 3. Mediation through agreed third-party mediator
- 4. Legal proceedings in Kenyan courts as a last resort
